Better Built Business Systems began with a problem our founder, Justin, experienced while growing JD’s Auto Detailing in Baton Rouge. He started JD’s at 19 and grew it into a two-time Best of Baton Rouge award winner, but managing new leads while completing the daily work became increasingly difficult. Without dependable systems, follow-up was inconsistent and valuable opportunities could easily be missed.

Justin began building websites, CRM workflows, and automated follow-up systems that helped JD’s become more organized and provide a better customer experience. Combining that experience with his LSU B.S. in Entrepreneurship and second-place finish in the LSU Venture Challenge, he founded BBBS to help other service business owners solve the same problems. Today, we join our clients’ teams to build reliable systems that support growth and make their businesses easier to manage.
